Chef Wayan Kresna Yasa brings Balinese home cooking, grilled seafood and clearly named vegan dishes to Pererenan.

HOME is chef-owner Wayan Kresna Yasa's take on the food he grew up with in Nusa Penida and Bali. Traditional Southeast Asian flavours and contemporary technique meet in dishes built around roots, leaves, nuts, chillies and spice pastes. The compact menu moves from small plates to grilled fish, pork cheek, smoked duck and vegan tempe lodeh, with kombucha, jamu, herbal infusions and fresh juices alongside.
