MASONRY. builds its Mediterranean-inspired menu around wood fire, smoking, pickling, curing and fermenting. Expect snacks and small plates alongside seafood and larger meat cuts, with house-cured charcuterie among the signatures. The 100-seat restaurant has an open kitchen and a string-lit courtyard. Drinks cover old- and new-world wine, local and imported beer, and house takes on classic cocktails. It opens daily at noon.
