Choose from raw zucchini pasta, tempeh ribs, jackfruit dishes and a full Balinese plant-based rijsttafel.

Moksa gives plant-based diners plenty of choice across the day: breakfast runs from smoothie bowls to tofu omelettes, followed by raw plates, Indonesian favourites, curries, noodles and hearty tempeh or jackfruit mains. The garden beside the restaurant grows more than 60 edible species. Two-hour classes cover raw, heated or Balinese cooking and need a separate reservation.
