Sazón serves Mediterranean dishes designed for sharing, including grilled flatbreads, citrus-dressed seafood, slow-cooked meats and fire-roasted vegetables. Chefs Andrew Walsh and Putu Gede, known as Tude, lead the kitchen. The bar covers sangria, wine, vermouth, mezcal and cocktails, while Saturday lunch and Sunday brunch offer daytime alternatives to the regular dinner service.
