Seed is a garden kitchen on Jalan Pantai Bingin, a short walk from the beach. French and Asian ideas meet Indonesian produce, garden-grown herbs and wood-fired cooking, with house-infused spirits at the bar. Breakfast, lunch, cocktails and dinner run daily from 7am to 11pm, and reservations can be made online when you want to secure a table.
