The Octagon is the open-concept restaurant at Grün Resorts Uluwatu, and you can reserve a table without staying at the resort. Its menu pairs familiar international formats with Indonesian ingredients and dishes, from gado-gado sushi and nasi campur to rendang tacos and Balinese seafood risotto. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner run in separate windows, with juices, smoothies, mocktails and cocktails available too.
