Saltwood moves through three ideas: oven, garden and fire. Mornings begin with house-baked rolls, croissants and breakfast; lunch brings dips, salads, sandwiches and seafood; dinner shifts to charcoal fish, meats and generous sides. The bar follows with fruit-led cocktails, frozen classics, sangria and beer. It is an easy address to use differently at 7 AM, lunchtime or after sunset.
