1. What The Bali Life is
The Bali Life is a Bali-focused discovery brand that may include:
- a curated local directory;
- editorial guides and recommendations;
- an email newsletter;
- event, venue, and deal roundups; and
- a future membership or discount-card offering.
Some parts of the product may still be in testing, pre-launch, or waitlist mode.
2. Directory and editorial content
We aim to keep listings, recommendations, and editorial content accurate and useful, but we cannot guarantee that every venue detail, event listing, opening hour, price, or promotion will always be current.
Users should verify important details directly with the venue or operator before making plans, purchases, or travel decisions.
3. Newsletter and communications
If you subscribe to The Bali Life newsletter or join a waitlist, you agree that we may send you:
- editorial emails;
- local recommendations;
- event roundups;
- venue and deal highlights; and
- occasional updates about new features, memberships, or partner offers.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
4. Partner deals and future membership offers
From time to time, The Bali Life may feature partner offers, discounts, or pre-launch membership concepts.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- partner offers are subject to the venue’s own availability and terms;
- offers may change or end without notice;
- featured venues remain responsible for redemption, service delivery, and customer experience; and
- The Bali Life is not responsible for a partner refusing, changing, or limiting an offer.
If a paid membership product launches later, additional terms may apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape private areas without permission, or use The Bali Life content in a deceptive, unlawful, or abusive way.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, The Bali Life’s branding, editorial content, design, curation, and original assets are owned by The Bali Life or used with permission.
Third-party names, logos, and venue references remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
The Bali Life is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings, editorial content, venue information, partner promotions, or temporary site unavailability.
