Owner Robert built REV Bistro around the Italian cooking he missed from home. The menu pairs seven-day-fermented pizza with pasta made daily, including carbonara, Nonna’s lasagna and pappardelle with beef cheek braised for eight hours. Antipasti, salads and larger meat and seafood dishes widen the choice for dinner and group tables.
