Alchemy Yoga and Meditation Center

Alchemy’s Penestanan center brings traditional tantra and hatha yoga into a broad class programme. Earth, Air, Yin and Slow Flow offer accessible entry points, while Water, Fire and Power Flow ask for more physical effort or experience. Ether centers on meditation, breath, mantra and kriya; Krama uses a consistent sequence for learning through repetition. Teacher trainings, workshops and Ubud events run alongside regular classes.
