Hesa runs two Ubud spas: a garden branch down a narrow Jalan Sandat lane and a more accessible Monkey Forest Road address. Every treatment includes time in a steam room and hot and cold plunge pools. The menu spans Balinese, aromatherapy, deep-tissue, hot-stone and Thai massage, alongside Korean scrub, a Turkish-inspired hammam sequence and Balinese boreh. Shorter bookings take 90 minutes, while the three signature rituals run for three hours.
